Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is incorporated into the Terms of Service between you (the "Data Controller") and CallBee ("Data Processor", operating as CallBee). This agreement governs the processing of personal data on your behalf.

1. Scope of Processing

We process personal data on your behalf solely to provide the CallBee AI virtual receptionist service. This includes processing audio streams, text transcripts, and phone numbers of your end-customers.

2. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, protecting personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure.

3. Subprocessors

You agree that we may engage third-party Subprocessors to process personal data. We maintain an up-to-date list of current Subprocessors available on our Subprocessors page. We will notify you of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of Subprocessors.

4. Data Deletion and Return

Upon termination of the Services, or upon your written request, we will delete or return all personal data processed on your behalf, unless applicable laws require the continued storage of such personal data.
