Welcome to CallBee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CallBee AI virtual receptionist service ("Service") provided by CallBee ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

CallBee provides AI-powered voice answering and call management services. We rely on advanced artificial intelligence models to interact with your callers. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in AI transcriptions, intent recognition, or responses.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

4. User Responsibilities & Compliance

You are strictly responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your callers to be recorded and interacted with by an AI, as required by your local laws (e.g., two-party consent laws for call recording). You agree not to use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

5. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees and pay-as-you-go charges are billed securely via Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. We reserve the right to suspend access if payment fails.
